Date Night Attire

You guys this semester is stressing me out. I have so much to do each week for the projects, and I feel like I am constantly thinking about what I need to do. It's only a few weeks into the semester, and I am already feeling ready for spring break.

Anyway, I wore this outfit last weekend for a movie and dinner date with Michael. We've had a bit of warm weather here so I went for a short sleeve blouse. I normally don't go for the vest look, but whenever I wear it I really like it. I feel like I should wear it more often!

Rainy Day

Guys! It actually feels cold! And we actually got rain! It's so nice! Today I woke up and it was all foggy outside. It was lovely. I feel like we are finally getting a little bit of winter rather than the 80 degrees it is normally at.

I wore this outfit to church yesterday. It was raining pretty hard hence the umbrella. I got to style my Lauren Conrad boots again which was fun. They are so comfortable for a heel. I barely even notice them which is one of my favorite parts! Also, my purse is from Target and on sale right now. I got it for Christmas, but the ones around my city still seem to have them on the shelf!

Some New Booties

School has officially started. That sentence explains my absence on the blog. I always hate getting really busy that I can't post. Blogging is an outlet for me, and I hate not being able to. However, I am excited to get back into the swing of things and have a routine again. I love school!

This outfit is what I wore on Christmas Eve with Michael's family. Better late than never right! The booties are from The Lauren Conrad collection at Khols, and man do I love them! They were my gift from Michael and he did an excellent job! I was so excited when I opened them up! I've been wanting boots like that for awhile now! This outfit is a good classic one in my opinion. I feel like it could even be worn into work.

Snow Adventures

Sometime in the middle of December Michael took me up to Big Bear right after we had rain. Which means there was snow! I hadn't been around snow in such a long time. I felt like a little kid playing in it. We bought an inexpensive plastic sled, and headed to the forest a few streets away from his house.

We found a nice hill and went sledding, then explored and found this open clearing. It was so beautiful! The snow hadn't been disturbed yet. That's my favorite!

Then of course I had to build a snowman! Rolling the snow into balls was much more work than I expected, but I thought he turned out pretty good!

Overall it was a really fun weekend, and I can't wait to actually be up there when it snows and see it falling. That's something I want to see next!
